Inspired by Chester racecourse, this waxed leather strap handle is the perfect finishing touch to any piece of furniture. The central belt of leather is available in antique brown or black, both colours mimic the colour palette of the saddles at Chester Racecourse. The leather door handle has a subtle stitched border in a matching colour palette.
All components of this handle are hand made in Britain.
This is a natural product, therefore the leather and brass will age with time and use.

Yes, our leather handles are suitable for kitchen use. When you use them with wet hands, they will age natural but they will not deteriorate.
Each handle comes complete with screws so you can fix your hardware yourself. Measure your centre holes accurately, drill your holes and then screw your hardware in securely. Our handles are supplied with suitable sized screws so you will need to drill a 4.2mm hole for clearance.
